My anxiety has reduced overall with the techniques that Nirmala has guided me through and I continually use. I have improved my meditation skills and self-talk tools. They work well. I realized that the colors and orbs that I would see on random occasions prior were not Just me closing my eyes in a room that had light coming from a direction.  Through time I then have started to see more real dimensional figures and scenes. Silhouettes, faces, and also mandala-type or geometry patterns.
